WELCOME! If you are thinking about visiting us for the first time, please do! We would LOVE to meet you! Our store, housed inside a great big grey Victorian home, is 5000 square feet of vintage, antique, new, and repurposed goods. We have over 50 different vendors, who specialize in many different vintage design styles, such as, French Gustavian, American Farmhouse, Shabby Chic, BoHo Chic, and Cottage. We take pride in being able to offer the trendiest home décor items.
We are constantly getting in new finds and our professional vintage stylist, Stephanie, loves to arrange our finds in creative and unique vignettes, so our items can help tell you a story. It also adds visual interest and helps suggest how you could add these items to your home.
While we cherish original paint and patina on most of our items, we also love to re-imagine older items and give them new life with our all natural chalk type paint or milk paint. Our professional artist and paintologist can assist you in choosing the right type of furniture paint that is right for your project. She has over 9 years of experience specifically refinishing and revitalizing furniture. We also offer paint classes for individuals as well as groups. Our rate is $20.00 per hour.
We carry Chalk type paint and sealants from the Heirloom Traditions Paint Company. It is ALL NATURAL and comes in over 50 different colors. It is highly pigmented and that means better coverage than similar brands. We offer FREE samples to try. Trust us, when you compare it to other paints, you will understand why we LOVE it!
We also have all natural Milk Paint and all natural tung oils from the REAL MILK PAINT COMPANY. They also allow us to provide a wide array of colors and products for any project, big or small. Easy and fun to use, it is a store favorite!
No time to paint your project? Don't worry! We are here to help. Let us do it for you! Whether you want just a new color or something a little more complicated, we can do it! Leopard spots? Faux finishes? Glazes? Waxes? Decopage? Yes, believe me, we can!
During the summer months, from May through September, we hold outdoor FLEA MARKETS that are free to the public to attend. We hold them every third Saturday of each month, on our spacious property. We offer seller spaces outdoors that run $20.00 for a 10' X 10' space. We can accommodate up to 40 different outdoor sellers, pickers, and makers. Since we are located along a somewhat busy thoroughfare, we get a lot of Summer traffic that runs directly into bustling Grand Rapids, Michigan. We have great sellers and shoppers! Lastly, we carry a wide array of products and gifts that are made locally here in West Michigan. We offer all natural soy candles, soaps, bath products, handmade pillows, hand painted cards, original art, clothing, jewelry, custom rustic signs, faux and real plants and florals, planters, dishware, maps, paper crafts, and so much more.
